CHAMPS将租房合同发送给您,您可以在线上完成合同的签署。
请根据Offer Confirmation上要求的日期和数目,按时缴纳入住款(通常包括首笔房租),以确保可以顺利入住。
您的入住款到账后,您即可在合同开始日中午12点后办理入住。CHAMPS的团队期待和您在伦敦见面!

Our customer care will then respond in line with the timeframes setting out our in-house customer care and complaint procedure given here. If you feel we have not sought to address your complaints within eight weeks, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Property Ombudsman to consider without our final viewpoint on the matter.
